The Assessor's Office is on the second floor of the Public Service Center in Vancouver.
- 60 years of age by December 31 of the filing year or unable to work due to disability. - Owner/occupier of the home as your principal place of residence for more than 6 months each year. - Annual combined disposable income may not exceed $58,094. - Must keep in force a fire and casualty insurance policy in an amount large enough to protect the interest of the State of Washington.
