Moderate- to low-income families, couples and individuals, within specific income guidelines. Eligibility for most apartments is based on income, ranging from 30% to 80% of Area Median Income.

For UNSUBSIDIZED, BELOW-MARKET apartments, no wait lists are maintained; vacancies are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
For SUBSIDIZED apartments, wait lists are maintained; each applicant fills out one master application and selects the specific properties for which they would like to be considered.
Community Roots Housing does not accept Portable Screening Reports.
