Birth certificate applications are available online, in person, or by mail; call for more information.
Fees
The cost for a certified copy is $25. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, money order, or credit card. A credit card can be used online or by phone. There is an additional fee to use a credit card.

Provides birth and death certificates in Washington State; only provides birth certificates for individuals born in Washington since 1907.
Birth and death certificate applications can be downloaded (English) or (Spanish) from website. Death certificate are available approximately one week after event.
