M-F, 8am-5pm. Surgery Center: M-F, 7:30am-3pm. Urgent Care: M-F, 4-10:30pm Sa, Su, 11am-8pm.

Payment is expected at the time of service for non-medical services.   WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and private insurance is accepted for most services. Applications for financial assistance can be made.
