Provides weatherization assistance for low-income households. Renters and owners are both eligible to apply. There is no cost to either. Landlords must make a minimum contribution toward the work done. Weatherization of a home depends on funding available for the particular type of house, fuel source and completion of all forms. Homes of any heat source are eligible. House, mobile homes, duplexes and multi-family homes are eligible as long as the income qualification thresholds are met.
