Eligibility

People who have been diagnosed with leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma or other blood-related cancers and receiving active treatment, scheduled to begin treatment, or being monitored by doctor. Generally at or below 500% of the Federal Poverty Level. Be a United States citizen or permanent resident of U. S. or Puerto Rico.

Hours

6am to 6pm from Monday through Friday

Limited financial assistance is subject to availability of funds.  Call and ask for Patient Services for more information or to apply.
