In Home Care offered at Catholic Community Services - Long Term Care - Lewis County
In-home care for people who qualify for state or need assistance in maintaining an independent lifestyle by assuring their daily needs are met. Service can be provided 2 hours a week or 24 hours daily depending on the needs of the person needing assistance. Services provided can include: - Dressing - Personal Hygiene - Bathing - Feeding - Toileting - Ambulation - Transfer - Positioning - Body Care - Protective Assistance - Shopping - Meal Preparation - Laundry - Household Assistance - Self-Medication Reminders - Travel to medical Services - Overnight/Live-in Care - Cutting/Splitting Wood.

Eligibility
Anyone who is elderly, convalescing, or disabled. Client does not need to be Catholic to receive services.
Fee
Accepts Private Pay and Insurance. Many people qualify for free or reduced-cost services through DSHS. Agency can make a referral for the client.
