Eligibility
Children, adolescents and their families who have behavioral, emotional or psychiatric problems.  One family member must have a hearing loss or a severe communication disorder.
Hours
M-F, 9am-5pm.
Application process
Primary care provider or other community provider submits a referral.
Fees
Accepts WA Apple Health (Medicaid), private insurance, self-pay and contracts. Financial aid is available for families without insurance.
