Provides coordinated specialty care and early intervention services for adolescents and young adults experiencing a first episode of psychosis or early symptoms of psychosis. The New Journeys Program offers individualized treatment and recovery support through a multidisciplinary team approach that may include therapy, psychiatric medication management, case management, peer support, family education and support, supported employment and education services, and skills development. Services are designed to help individuals achieve recovery goals and maintain stability in school, work, home, and community settings. Family involvement and collaboration with natural supports, schools, employers, and healthcare providers are encouraged when appropriate.
