Provides 50 studio and one bedroom units for low income seniors. Five units may be used by those younger than 62 that have a disability and need an accessible apartment. Waiting list is approximately three years long. There is an application to fill out to get onto the wait list. Owned and operated by Catholic Housing Services of Western Washington.
