Provides medically tailored home-delivered meals, groceries, produce, and nutrition services for people living with chronic diseases. Our chefs and Registered Dietitian Nutritionists work together to create nutritious meals tailored to common medical and dietary needs. Meals can be modified to a soft texture for individuals with chewing or swallowing difficulties and are delivered frozen in microwave-safe, compostable containers for easy reheating. Grocery bags include a balanced selection of proteins, grains, vegetables, and fruit to support chronic disease management. Registered Dietitian Nutritionists also provide one-on-one nutrition counseling, including assessments of food intolerances, allergies, access to healthy food, diet, medical test results, and mental health to help clients achieve their nutrition goals.
