Provides alerts about emergencies and other important community news. Pierce County can provide critical information about severe weather, unexpected road closures, missing persons, and evacuations of buildings or neighborhoods. Alerts can be sent be sent to the home phone, cell phone, business phone, text messages, emails and hearing impaired receiving devices. Alerts can be county wide, or about specified towns and neighborhoods.
