Must have PUD bill in applicants name, a notice of past due balance or disconnection notice.  Must be at or below 150% federal poverty level and not received Warm Hearts assistance in the last 12 months.

Crisis Support Network
Crisis Support Network is a lifeline for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse, and other crimes in rural Pacific County, Washington. We deliver trauma-informed, equitable services—including emergency shelter, legal and medical advocacy, and a Child Advocacy Center—so that all community members, especially those facing barriers, can access help safely. Through our programs and partnerships, we support healing, strengthen families, and contribute to a safer, more connected community. Owning a permanent facility would expand accessibility, strengthen our capacity, and provide a stable, welcoming place for this work.
