Provides intensive 24-hour community based treatment to persons diagnosed with a severe and persistent behavioral health disorder to help them avoid hospitalization. Services include medication management and vocational training. PACT’s high intensity services are designed for persons with severe, chronic mental illnesses that interfere with daily functioning.
