The Weatherization Program is designed to assist low-income households in making their home more energy efficient. A performance test is conducted to determine which energy saving measures or tasks are needed. These tasks may include insulating under floors, and in attics and walls; cleaning furnaces and duct work, sealing duct work and appliance replacement.
