Shelter Intake offered at Catholic Community Services' Anchor in Kent
Conducts intakes for shelters in South King County. At the shelters, adults experiencing homelessness receive shelter and essential needs support such as meals, toiletries and access to other basic needs items. Provides supportive case management to identify and address barriers to housing stability. While housing is the focus of case management, staff also help community members set and meet goals for education, employment, family reunification, mental health and addiction recovery. Shelter has no religious components.

Eligibility
Homeless single adults, ages 18 and older. Programs do not serve individuals convicted of sex-offenses, methamphetamine production, arson, and some violent crimes within the previous three months. Accepts other clients with previous criminal convictions on a case-by-case basis. Leashed pets and service animals are permitted. Shelters are wheelchair/mobility device accessible.
