Supports individuals with legal involvement/legal history who also have behavioral health or substance use disorder needs. Assists with discharge planning, re-entry services, stabilization, and providing essential support as they reintegrate into the community. Communicates with the legal system on the client's behalf, including the Department of Corrections, local jails, courts, and probation offices to help clients comply with legal requirements. Recovery programs may include: - Outpatient treatment - Medication assisted treatment - Integrated co-occurring disorder treatment - Referral services for inpatient treatment, mental health services, housing services, and employment services
