All Donations to any branch of DAV are tax-deductible as Charitable Contributions under section 170(c)(3) of the IRS code and 100% of all donations are spent on providing free service to veterans and families. DAV members and our families volunteer thousands of hours of service nationwide; helping with VA claims; providing transportation to VA medical appointments; helping service members transition out of the military.
