Can self refer. Pierce County residents can also be referred through the Common Referral System.

Fees

Most students who come to Bates from a referral through CRS can qualify for Financial Aid and Workforce Education Services funding meaning they can get an education without any out-of-pocket expenses.

Offers two-year associate of applied science degrees, certificates of competency, certificates of training, industry certifications and, in specific programs, prepares students for the achievement of state licensure. Also maintains articulation degrees with several four-year universities, making some of the college’s two-year degrees transferable. A leader in hands-on learning, Bates’ classroom settings mirror the workplace, providing students with opportunities to practice and develop skills to levels required for successful employment.
