Provides short- and long-term counseling and therapy services to adults seeking assistance coping with acute mental, emotional distress, and/or persistent mental illness. Services provided to counseling and therapy consumers include case management, day services, medication and medication management, money management, and employment training. Assesses eligibility for longer term care and placement in residential services. Provides specialized services for people who have additional needs related to developmental disabilities, chemical dependency, and homelessness. Uninsured counseling services are also available in the form of a brief therapy model - the Connections Program. Agency provides state-certified service(s). Also provides PATH (Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness) Teams that provide outreach to those experiencing mental illness and homelessness.
