  • Medicaid Transportation: Medicaid recipients.
  • Reserve-A-Ride: Adults with disabilities, low-income, age 55 or older, and/or unable to use transit.
  • Employment Transportation/Bike to Work: Low-income and referred by a partner agency.

Office Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm. Phone Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm. Medical Transportation Phone Hours: M-F, 8am-4pm. Shuttle Hours: Pickup - 8:30am-3pm.

Medicaid Transportation: Call at least 3 working days before your appointment. Reserve-A-Ride: Call at least 3 working days before your appointment. Employment Transportation/Bike to Work: Must be referred by a partner agency. Call for information.

Provides transportation services through several programs: Medicaid Transportation, Reserve-a-Ride medical transportation, Bike to Work, Employment Transportation, and Volunteers in Motion. Services are available for non-emergent, general and life sustaining medical appointments. Types of transportation include bus tickets, gas vouchers, volunteer drivers, taxi, train, and wheelchair vans. Trips can be scheduled up to 14 days in advance.
