Provides conventional low-income Public Housing, Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8), and affordable apartments throughout the Benton and Franklin Counties. HACPFC has 280 housing units owned and maintained by the Housing Authority. Housing is federally subsidized for extremely low, very low-, and low-income populations. Affordable Apartments: Provides non-subsidized below market rate apartments available to those whose income is at 30% to 80% of area median income. Units are1 to 6 bedrooms.
