Eligibility

Kitsap County adults ages 18 or older who are eligible for WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and have been diagnosed with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

Call for more information. Must complete a substance use assessment and drug screening and be off of opioids for 48-72 hours.

Offers a comprehensive, individualized program of medication and behavioral treatment using Buprenorphine and Naltrexone which block the euphoric effects of opioids and alcohol, relieve cravings and help reset the body. Provides counseling as part of treatment to help address the root causes of addiction and providing encouragement and motivation to stick with treatment. Participants meet with a treatment team member in an individual or group setting at least once a month.
