Description

A free telephone reassurance program that provides regularly scheduled calls to clients to address health concerns and reduce isolation. Volunteers check on the client’s well-being and provide helpful resources.

Funds in home case management/personal care, senior nutrition, Family Caregiver Support, other community services such as Minor Home Repair, Respite, Legal Assistance, Title V Senior Employment, Statewide Health Insurance Benefits Advisors (SHIBA), and provides eligibility screening for the WSDA Dental Outreach program for low-income seniors.
