Application process
For Medicaid Medical Transportation, must call the Medicaid Brokerage at (800) 752-9422 to schedule a ride. For general transportation, call main office number.
Fees
Depending on eligibility—there is a fee for the general public on non-medical related transportation. Medical transportation is covered by Medicaid; if individual does not have Medicaid, there is an option to pay.
