Must live in Parker, Brownstown, White Swan, Wapato, Harrah, Toppenish, Buena, Zillah, Granger, Outlook, Sunnyside, Mabton or Grandview (lower Yakima County); and meet financial guidelines. Please contact for further details.

Provides energy assistance for lower Yakima County residents who meet income guidelines. Also offers a summer program that provides energy assistance for Pacific Power customers; contact for more information.

NCAC is part of a group known as “America’s Poverty Fighting Network.” NCAC helps those who are at-risk and low-income so they can reach a greater level of self-support. To do this, we advocate and work with local communities and businesses. NCAC serves the mid and lower Yakima Valley. We provide Housing Support Services, Utility Assistance Services, Weatherization Services and Community Education Services.
