Eligibility
Serves victims of natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and fires who are unable to meet their immediate disaster-caused needs with their own resources.
Services not available for requests for anything non-disaster related such as assistance for transportation/travel, electricity/utilities, and rent.

Call during office hours and when possible schedule an appointment to meet with caseworker.
Following a disaster, Red Cross emergency assistance is available 24 hours a day, by following options during phone call for after hours emergency assistance.
