Clients must be 18 years of age or older, pregnant and/or parenting a child up to 2 years of age, residing in Whatcom or Skagit counties, and at or below 200% of the federal poverty level.

  • Pregnant Women
Offers two intensive case management programs for pregnant and parenting women with substance use disorders. Parent-Child Assistance Program lasts three years with the goal of helping mothers build healthy families and prevent future births of children exposed prenatally to alcohol and drugs. Mothers in Recovery program lasts 18 months with weekly contact. The client must either be under substance use treatment or completed in the last year, and the goals are to facilitate communication, coordination and collaboration with their service provider in hopes of achieving a positive outcome.
