Fees

Single room: $250 per week Suite/Double Room (3-7 people): $425 per week Staff can help applicants connect with emergency housing funds available to fire-displaced households if needed.

Offers housing in downtown Spokane for families displaced by the August 2026 fires. Rooms include a private bath and access to shared common spaces, laundry, and on-site staff. Stays are approved a week at a time. Every seven days, staff will meet with residents to see where things stand and extend their stay if they still need it. Helps them connect with insurance, FEMA, and longer-term housing.
