Eligibility

Adult household occupants must earn under the gross income (*Gross income is prior to taxes.) Income per Household (everyone over 18 years of age): 1 Person: $66,750; 2 Person: $76,250; 3 Person: $85,000; 4 Person: $95,250; 5 Person: $102,950; 6 Person: $110,550.

Offers housing repair and renovation services through a HUD sponsored community service to repair and renovate housing for low and moderate income families in the city limits of Everett. Funds are available for owner-occupied and non-owner occupied housing repairs; 20% equity of the after-rehab value is required. Once a client qualifies, a CHIP Construction Inspector will inspect the home, assist with recommendations of the most important work to be done, write detailed bid specifications, conduct the bid openings submitted by CHIP approved contractors, and monitor the construction work.
