Free Medical Services offered at Neighborhood Clinic
Neighborhood Clinic is a free, urgent care, walk-in clinic serving anyone who is unable to afford or access care. At no charge to them, patients can receive: - medical exams, - one-time 30 day prescription fills (no narcotics), x-rays, and/or labs as ordered by the provider, - referrals to outside agencies for follow-up and assistance establishing primary care "medical home." - diabetic education All of the clinic's healthcare providers in the medical clinic are volunteers including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, medical residents, nurses, phlebotomists, medical assistants, nursing assistants, social workers, and more. Doors open at 5pm, no appointments taken, and sign-in is until 8pm. Neighborhood Clinic does not charge for any services provided on-site, does not accept or bill insurance, does not ask for income level, and does not ask for immigration status or documentation.
