Volunteer executives provide free and confidential management counseling to small business owners and managers and those planning a new business.    Assistance includes the following:
  • Business planning and operation
  • Accounting and record keeping
  • Financial management
  • Marketing and advertising
  • Basic requirements for starting a new business
  • Seminars and workshops on business start-ups and planning
Additionally offers rotating local workshops that include:
  • Starting a New Business
  • Taxes on Small Business
  • Building a Business plan
Counseling occurs in office, although SCORE also may take appointments on a once-weekly or once-monthly basis at many local chambers of commerce, libraries and other places; call for locations.
