Unrestricted. Individuals seeking rent assistance must be on the lease. Individuals seeking utility assistance must have the account in their name.

W, 10am, until capacity is reached (telephone only). Closed major holidays and the day after Thanksgiving. During inclement weather, follows the closing/late opening procedures of the Vancouver Public School District.
