Vanpool Program offered at Intercity Transit
Provide Vanpool vans for groups of three or more people who share similar commutes. Intercity Transit provides the van, gas, tolls, insurance, and maintenance. Individuals pay a low monthly fare based on their daily round-trip miles. In some cases, employers cover a portion, or all, of the fare for their employees.

Intercity Transit
Provides public transportation services in Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater, and Yelm. Bus routes serve major worksites, medical facilities, shopping centers, and schools. Express service to Lakewood connects with Pierce and Sound Transit services. All buses accommodate people who use mobility devices. All buses accommodate bicycles. Connections to Mason and Grays Harbor are also available at the Olympia Transit Center. Dial-A-Lift provides transportation for people with disabilities that prevent them from using fixed-route bus service. Intercity Transit also operates Vanpool service for commuters and Village Vans provides transportation for employment-related activities to people with low incomes. Community Vans provides vans, by reservation, for qualified non-profit and government agencies.
