Description

Legal consultations and representation for refugees and immigrants in naturalization, permanent residency, and family petitions. Services include applications for US citizenship, permanent resident/green Cards, family-based Visas, Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), U-Visa, and Employment Authorization. Provides classes designed to prepare students for the US Naturalization Test. A Cuban-Haitian Program also offers assistance with work authorization, parole, and adjustment of status and citizenship.
