Prescribe Opioid Use Disorder Medication in the form of Buprenorphine, and Naltrexone in a medical clinic setting. Also can provide outpatient counseling on site. Can prescribe to pregnant women and adolescents on a case-by-case basis. Primary care and counseling is required to receive opioid use disorder medications. Poly-substance use is accepted on a case-by-case basis. Clients must live within greater Leavenworth area, call for eligibility. Long acting injectables can be case by case.
