Applications may be downloaded from www.travel.state.gov or may be picked up at the Auditor's office.

Passport Fee - $130 or $100 ages 15 and under (check or Money Order) Execution Fee - $35 (check, cash or M.O.) Total Fees - $165 or $135 ages 15 and under The execution fee may be paid in cash or by check to the Thurston County Auditor. The passport fee must be paid by check or money order to U.S. Dept. of State.
