Visit in person to schedule a 30-minute appointment.
Fees
$35 payable at the time the appointment is made. Fees are non-refundable.

Franklin, WA
Explains family law processes and procedures, as well as what legal forms are needed. Reviews client paperwork for completeness. Provides assistance in scheduling court hearings and with computing child support. The facilitator is not an attorney, cannot provide legal advice, and cannot accompany clients to court. Assist with the following types of cases:
  • Divorce/Legal Separation
  • Child Support Modifications
  • Parenting Plans
  • Paternity
