Individuals with a qualifying emergency medical condition who are: - Ages 19 to 64 - Not receiving Medicare - Some individuals seeking long-term care services Qualifying medical conditions includes at least one of the following: - Emergency room care, inpatient admission, or outpatient surgery - A cancer treatment plan - Dialysis treatment - Anti-rejection medication for an organ transplant - Long-Term Care services
