Anyone who has received a disconnect notice. If disconnected, can only pay if it will reinstate services. Must meet income guidelines.

Application process
Call Saint Vincent de Paul to schedule a screening appointment. Applications and checklists are kept in a plastic holder on the bulletin board outside the assistance window, and may be picked up anytime, including weekends - also on the website at www.svdpnsc.com. Applications may be dropped off during the posted hours or emailed to: [email protected]. Applications will be reviewed during Project Pride business hours only. The person applying for service must be the person on the PUD bill (caretaker/guardian is ok but must bring ID for the person on the bill).
