Sensitive to the needs of Native Americans, but serves anyone. Accepts patients on medications for the treatment and management of their substance use disorder, including opiate substitution protocols such as Suboxone, Methadone and Vivitrol.

Provides an intensive residential substance use disorder program (ASAM Level 3.5) with education about addiction, social skills training, relapse prevention, trauma-informed approach, wellness-oriented life-style education, and individual & group therapy counseling. Length of stay varies from 28 days to up to 90 days. Holistic approach includes yoga, meditation, acupuncture, Reiki, Native American traditions, such as smudging, spiritual circle & walking medicine wheel. Family program includes education about the disease of addiction as well as individualized family counseling sessions with a family counselor.   Offers sub-acute withdrawal management to provide safe withdrawal from substances in preparation for full engagement into treatment services. Does not offer medical withdrawal management. Also offers outpatient substance use disorder treatment services for those who do not need 24-hour support in our Gig Harbor location.
