Eligibility
PSE Assistance (HELP) Program is limited to income‑eligible households who are Puget Sound Energy customers, with a PSE account in their name or in the name of a household member. Applicants must meet program income guidelines and demonstrate a need for assistance with natural gas and/or electric utility costs. Eligibility is verified through documentation and coordinated by CACLMT as an authorized community action agency.
