Renton: Must self-identify as a refugee or immigrant and income must be below 50% AMI. Tukwila: All residents; income must be below 50% AMI. Can receive assistance from ReWA once per year. No eviction notice or shut-off notice required; proof of crisis and future crisis resolution necessary.
