Eligibility
People who work or reside in King County.
Hours
Weekdays from 8am – 5pm via phone or webform only. There are no in-person office hours currently as our team works remotely. Call are generally returned within two business days.
Application process
Leave a voicemail and a case manager will call you to discuss and assess the problem.  There is NO drop-in service at this time; all requests must be made by telephone or using our online forms on the website.
