Varies by location; call. Most meetings are in churches which are wheelchair accessible. Fees
First visit to any chapter is free. $32 per year; nominal monthly dues depending on meeting location. May also have local chapter dues of about $5. Does not sell any products.

Coordinates weekly meetings for adults and children who are overweight. Each group is self-governed and based on the idea that effective weight loss comes from changes in lifestyle and natural solutions (no pills or powders). Activities include exercise, demonstrations, contests and speakers. Each person follows their own particular diet prescribed by a physician or a diet recommended by the organization. Awards and recognition are given regularly at many chapters to honor weight-loss and non-scale victories.
