Offers a range of comprehensive medical services including primary care, pediatrics and women's health, specialty care and behavioral health care. Coordinates teams of providers to integrate care and create a patient centered medical home. Services for children include acute care, well-child exams, immunizations, and sports physicals. Women's health services include annual gynecological exams, pap smears, family planning, birth control, and menopause management. Some clinics offer specialty services such as HIV/AIDS, hepatitis C, and PrEP therapy as well as assisting patients with bone and joint conditions, nutrition problems, and diabetes or pre-diabetes. Select medical clinics can also offer dermatology and rheumatology care. Patients can request a referral for on-site behavioral health providers and psychiatric consultants who can start a short-term care plan or coordinate more intensive services with other community mental health providers. May also be able to prescribe Suboxone for those addicted to opioids. Pharmacy services available at most clinic locations.
