Eligibility
Residents of all ages in Spokane, Adams, Ferry, Grant, Lincoln, Okanogan, and Stevens counties. Children under age13 must be accompanied by an adult, preferably the parent/guardian.
Hours
M-F, 8am-4:30pm. Drop-in Th, 8-11am.
Application process
Call or visit in person. No appointment necessary.
