Description

Approved to provide medical exams, vaccinations and health screening required for immigrants who are applying for permanent residency or visas. Included are a general physical examination, a tuberculin skin test (for all persons age two and older), blood tests for HIV and syphilis, and routine immunizations such as chickenpox (varicella), MMR (measles, mumps and rubella), and tetanus-diphtheria (Td).   A pediatric examination of children ages 14 and younger requires a physical examination, a TB skin test and a review and update of routine pediatric immunizations, but no blood tests necessary.
