Application process
The treatment process begins with a thorough intake appointment during which we gather your medical and addiction history. Patients will then be evaluated by a physician. Most patients are prescribed Suboxone on the same appointment as long as there are no contraindication to it.

Offers outpatient mental health and SUD counseling in addition to MAT services. Clinic offers drop in hours M-Th 8am-noon Offers same-day induction for highly motivated clients. Otherwise induction usually occurs within 4 business days of initial phone contact. Individual counseling is required to access MAT services. Poly substance users are accepted on a case by case basis.
