Eligibility

Adults 18 years and over. Uninsured adults, or seniors 65 and older with Medicare or no dental insurance receive priority placement.

Hours

9am to 4pm from Monday through Friday

Application process

Call to be added to the wait list. Appointments will be triaged based on need of the individual.
